Program
The Judiciary of the Indonesian Literature Study Program was
held again on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. The event took place in the
Professor's Room, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, at 13.00 --
15.00 WITA.
Attended by the participants of the Judiciary of the
Indonesian Literature Study Program totaling twelve people. Indonesian
Literature lecturers were also present at the event. Several lecturers also
conveyed their messages and impressions to the participants of the judiciary.

Messages and Impressions of Lecturers
"First I congratulate you. Enjoy this happiness,
it's the early stage. In front of you there are many choices. It's the initial
stage for happiness a few days, then have to prepare for the next stage, the
next life choice. Life choices can be married, can go to family, can work or
choose all three can also be. My hope is that you can move forward, because
it's so important, what we're going to do. Moreover, you want to be our
lecturer. If I retire for another four years, there are eleven lecturers left.
My suggestion should continue. The hope is that you must be better than us and
if you can, don't forget us, reprimand if you meet outside. Once again
congratulations. Mr. Sudewa said.
"As far as it has been said before, the point is
that in four years, many retire. The opportunity for you to enter as a friend
of Mrs. Mas, no longer a student and lecturer but a colleague and partner. My
suggestion is please giving it a try. S1 is very, very lacking, S2 is minimal. My
suggestion is, what else are these high GPAs that would be in vain if they are
left in the closet you don't use. Hopefully, after this you can fight even
more, you may be the happiest human being in the world. However, if you don't
have a plan, you will become the most confused human being in the world. "

The Process of The Judiciary Event of the Indonesian Literature Study
Program
"I will give input, the first message for the
study program, that there is less socialization. Many high school students do
not know what the Indonesian literature study program is, because the
understanding of literature has changed. In the past, literature meant broad,
knowledge, if now it means poetry, prose so it needs to be socialized to
society. Second, to finish college, it's actually called alumni. It will always
be given the opportunity to give input so that it is considered mature. How can
younger siblings contribute to the study program. That study program is going to
be good for its alumni. The size of the Study Program now whether or not the
alumni are no longer lecturers, if in the past how many professors, how much research. Now the size is the college student. Alumni where to work, how long
after finishing work. My message to improve the study program is actually,
younger siblings must improve themselves. Don't be unemployed for more than a
year. We are still trying how to entrust knowledge to younger siblings so that
they are ready to work. Wherever you are, younger siblings must remember that
you carry the name of the Indonesian Literature study program. That is what here
many lecturers are hard because of their good purpose, to guide and direct.”
said Prof. Suparwa providing input.
"I'm sure the question after graduation is what
you want to be after this, if that question is on your mind. One answer to such
thoughts, he continued. "Where? S2 is hard, I'm lazy to study." As
long as you live, you definitely learn. Whether you want to go anywhere, you
want to go to school or not, whether you want to continue or not continue,
whether you want to work or not work, you must be studying, so just continue.
"I think S2 is really hard, I'm rich, yes, the S2 opportunity seems
difficult." There is no hard work for people who are truly intent.
Intention is very important. Z is as secure as advanced as it is now,
highly advanced technology, finding scholarships is very easy.” said Mrs.

"I hope that once the younger siblings here
become alumni who don't close their eyes and ears. That is, still cares about others and remembers that what is brought to
death is not money does not treasure but good name. " Mrs. Iren continued to express her hopes for the
participants of the judiciary.

hoped that Indonesian Literature graduates can continue their S2 education to
add insight and add career opportunities later. The opportunity to become a
lecturer is also wide open in the Indonesian Literature study program. Students
who graduate from Indonesian Literature do not need to worry about not getting
a good career because many jobs require Indonesian Literature graduates as
linguists and literature experts. Every field of work in Indonesia needs to use
Indonesian as a means of oral and written communication.
As a graduate of Indonesian students, it is appropriate
to participate in socializing the Satra Indonesia study program to relatives
and the public so that the stigma of “what do Indonesian Literature graduates
want to be?” is gone. Indonesian Literature students must be able to build
trust in the wider community that Indonesian Literature students have the same
career opportunities as other study programs. With this socialization, it is
hoped that the Indonesian Literature study program will be more developed and
