MULTIPLE EVEN SEMESTER LECTURES: INDONESIAN LITERATURE STUDY PROGRAM, FACULTY OF CULTURE, UDAYANA UNIVERSITY HOLDS LECTURERS MEETINGS University

             In order to prepare for even semester lectures for the 2022/2023 academic year, the Indonesian Literature study program, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University held a Study Program Meeting. The meeting was held on Friday, 17 February 2023 in the BIPA room. The Study Program meeting was chaired directly by the Coordinator of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Dr. I. Gusti Agung Ayu Mas Triadnyani, S.S, M.Hum and attended by Indonesian Literature lecturers.


MEETING AGENDA

            The meeting began with a presentation by the Coordinator of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, namely Dr. I. Gusti Agung Ayu Mas Triadnyani, S.S, M.Hum. regarding the results of the evaluation, odd semester lectures for Academic Year 2022/2023, followed by presentations on preparation for even semester lectures for Academic Year 2022/2023, including a presentation on course distribution and mapping of course lecturers according to their areas of expertise. As the Coordinator of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Dr. I. Gusti Agung Ayu Mas Triadnyani, S.S, M.Hum. has designed several agendas to be discussed together same all lecturers of the Indonesian Literature study program. Some of the agendas that have been designed are

  1. Review of the Draft Curriculum presented by the head of TPPM
  2. Academic and Non-Academic Information Study Program
  3. Distribution of Indonesian Language Teaching Tasks outside the faculty
  4. Academic Advisor's Report
  5. Financial statements


MEETING RESULTS

            The final results obtained through this meeting are, the determination of the distribution of teaching tasks, the determination of the number of lesson plans, where the number of lesson plans for this semester is 53, lecture contracts, and suggestions that lecturers can deliver the lesson plans at the first meeting, and if there is anything that needs to be corrected related RPS to immediately report to the study program/TPPM. In addition, lecturers are required to fill in the lecture rubric as report material in SISTER. With the construction of a new building has been completed on Bukit Jimbaran, lectures will be held offline and students from the class of 2022 will carry out lectures at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus. It is necessary to note that lectures start on March 1, 2023, and are advised to academic assistant lecturers, especially the class of 2019 to encourage their students to graduate on time and try to actively participate in competitions both on a regional, national, and international scale. This time, the lecturers' meeting also mentioned the progress of preparation for FIBBA accreditation which will be held in 2024. Currently, the study program is repairing the SER cluster, so that next Monday it can be submitted to the University.


CLOSING

            In closing the meeting, the coordinator of the Indonesian Literature Study Program expressed his appreciation for the various ideas that emerged and the performance of the lecturers so far. This meeting is a very important activity, especially for study programs in preparing lecture preparations in this even semester based on evaluation results from the previous semester. This can also spur study programs to continue to improve quality so that they can carry out educational services effectively, and productively and have competitiveness.
